Option EL
high performance bearings
All pumps of the BROQUET range can be equipped with shaft sleeves in ceramic + stainless steel (hardness 1200 HV). Their lifetime is significantly increased.
This option is recommended on most demanding operating conditions as:
- Basic or acid liquids (Ph<5 or Ph> 9)
- higher process temperature above 75°C
- Discharge pressure above 15 bar
Option GM
DYNAMIC SEALING with mechanical sealing
Mostly, pumps are delivered with a packing setwhich is reliable and economical.
On customer request, pumps can be equipped with any type of mechanical sealing:
- Single mechanical sealing
- Double with pressurized vessel
Option BP
protect the installation
This option includes the installation of an external safety valve which can handle the nominal capacity of the pump in case the discharge piping is plugged up or in case of a valve remained closed.
The BP option on very size of the pump range in cast iron and in stainless steel.
On top of the protection of the pump, it will protect all equipment of the installation.
